By requesting a commission, you agree to these terms.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission if I feel I am being treated inappropriately, disrespectfully, or if the request goes against my principles or values. In such cases, a partial or full refund will be offered, depending on the work's progress.

All information and references provided by the Client will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without your permission.

Refunds are not available once work on the commission has begun.

Commission Requests

Please provide clear and detailed information about what you want in your commission. Any significant changes after work has begun may incur additional fees.

Payment

Payment must be made upfront or as agreed upon at the time of the request.

Payments are accepted via PayPal.

Commission prices may vary based on the complexity of the work requested and are subject to change without notice.

I will not begin work until full payment or the agreed-upon deposit is received.

Commission Process

Once payment is received, I will provide you with an estimated delivery time. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my availability.(usually between 3 weeks or more than two months)

Any additional revision requests or major changes may result in additional costs.

I finish work based on the position in my Trello, also based on time, I am a student and my time is sometimes short.

Rights and Usage

As the artist, I retain all rights to the final artwork and any materials related to the creation process.

You have access to upload or publish the commissions always respecting the signature or watermark, otherwise you will be added to the Blacklist

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting and paying for a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

Purchase and Transfer of Adopts

Adopts are offered through Discord or Twitter, whether at a fixed price, auction, or trade.

The buyer must make full payment before receiving rights to the adopt.

Once payment is received, I will transfer all rights of use for the adopted character to the buyer, as outlined in these terms.

If you sell or give an adopt to anyone who is part of my Blacklist you will be added too.

Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made through PayPal.

No refunds will be provided once the adopt has been transferred to the buyer.

Inactivity and Resale of Adopts

If payment is not made within 2-3 days after agreeing to the purchase, the adopt will become available for other buyers.
